Today I made Coleslaw Salad. So, what are you waiting for? Get your cabbage and carrots ready and start shredding.
I am sharing my recipe for Coleslaw sauce. Yes, it’s very easy to prepare.
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp cranberry or orange juice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Shred the cabbage and carrots and simply put them in a salad bowl. You can also chop them using a food processor or a blender whichever you prefer.
Mix all the ingredients and stir well until mayonnaise is dissolved.
Pour sauce into your shredded cabbage and carrots.
